MEDFORD, Mass. — The Endicott field hockey team lost to No. 3 nationally ranked Tufts, 6-1, on Saturday afternoon at Ounjian Field.
Olivia Lampasona (Watertown, Mass.) netted the lone goal for the Gulls in the fourth period (56:53) to avoid the shutout.
Beth Krikorian (Windham, N.H.) found the back of the cage for the Jumbos three times, while Gillian Roeca (Baltimore, Md.), Schuyler Edie (Dedham, Mass.), and Reegan McCluskey (Los Gatos, Calif.) also notched goals.
BEYOND THE BOX
- All three of Endicott's losses this season have come against nationally ranked opponents on the road (No. 16 MIT, No. 19 Trinity, No. 3 Tufts).
- Lampasona scored her first goal of the year in the matchup.
- The Gulls have scored at least one goal in their last 23 games.

Endicott (2-3) will regather against Salem State (3-2) on the road next Wednesday, September 22, at 4 PM. Tufts (3-0) will continue its campaign back at home versus Wesleyan (Conn.) on Tuesday, September 21 at 6:30 PM.
