KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) announced the 2015 All-Region teams on Wednesday and forward Paige Marinelli (Burlington, Conn.) earned All-New England Second Team honors following her impressive senior campaign.

After finishing first on the team in assists with five, and second in both goals and points with five and 15, respectively, Marinelli also earned All-CCC First Team honors and was named to the NEWISA Senior Bowl roster that holds the match this Saturday at Merrimack College. The senior played in 15 games due to injury in 2015 and finished her career having played in 70 games and recording 15 goals and 12 assists for 42 points.

Marinelli's award means at least one Endicott women's soccer player has received the distinction for each of the last eight seasons as she becomes the first forward to be named to the Second Team since Colleen Pepin in 2011. The Connecticut native becomes the 17th student-athlete to earn All-Region honors from the NSCAA under head coach Jodi Kenyon who recently finished her 11th season at the helm.
