Endicott Earns No. 1 Spot In NECC Men’s Volleyball Preseason Coaches’ Poll

BEVERLY, Mass. — For the 12th straight season, the Endicott men's volleyball team has been chosen first overall in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Preseason Coaches' Poll.

Endicott received eight first place votes (FPV) and 64 points total to rank ahead of Nichols (54, 1 FPV), Eastern Nazarene (49), SUNY Poly (44), SUNY Potsdam (33), Bard (32), Russell Sage (23), Northern Vermont-Johnson (16), and Lesley (11) in the poll.

The Gulls enter the 2023 season as the three-time defending NECC Champion and have competed in 10 straight NECC Championship matches. Endicott officially became an associate member of the NECC in 2012.

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott travels to Cal Lutheran on Saturday, January 14 at 7 PM (EST). Both teams were receiving votes in the final American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Poll of the 2022 season.
