Endicott Falls to Newbury

Newton, MA - Endicott came up short today in a 3-0 loss to NECVA New England opponent Newbury College. The Gulls fell to 11-4 in conference while the Nighthawks improved to 12-4. The game scores were 30-20, 30-22 and 30-21.

The Gulls were led by Eric Hunter's .417 hitting % as he picked up 6 kills on 12 swings with only 1 error. Jeremy Fontaine and Eddie Marchand contributed 10 and 9 kills respectively. Brandon Ecker picked up a team high eight digs and Russ Friedland led EC with three blocks.

The Gulls will return to action on Tuesday at 7:00 PM. They will be hosting Lasell College in a make up of their weather delayed contest.
