WESTFIELD, Mass.- The Endicott College men's golf team continued their streak of strong play as they took third at the Westfield State Invitational. Jackson Wyman (South Freeport, Maine) led the Gulls as the senior shot a 75 which was good for second overall.
Endicott finished with a team score of 319 which was 11 strokes back of Invitational winner Southern Maine and one stroke back of runner-up Wentworth. Brian Gallo (Trumbull, Conn.) finished tied for ninth after shooting a 79 on the day. Stephen Price (Medway, Mass.) and Dan Sullivan (South Hadley, Mass.) finished in a tie for 20th and 28th respectively after closing with rounds of 82 and 83. Junior Zach Golojuch (Saco, Maine) rounded out the Endicott scoring with a round of 88.
Endicott is off until October 20-21 when they travel to Bernardston, Mass. for the ECAC DIII Championships which is hosted at the Crumpin Fox Golf Club.
