BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott baseball team has been ranked No. 3 overall in the 2025 D3baseball.com Preseason Poll.
Today's announcement surpasses the program's best-ever starting position in a preseason poll by one spot (No. 4, 2024 poll).
Endicott also received one first place vote in this year's poll, which marks the second time in program history the Gulls have earned a first place preseason poll vote (last season).
The Gulls enter 2025 after a historic 2024 performance, which featured the program's first-ever Division III College World Series victory (7-6 victory over No. 9/12 Pomona-Pitzer) a Super Regional sweep over No. 6/7 Johns Hopkins, a program record 47 wins, and 10+ weeks ranked as the No. 1/1 team in the D3baseball.com and ABCA national polls.
The Blue and Green concluded 2024 ranked first in Division III in fielding percentage (.979), ERA (2.99), WHIP (1.14), and wins/ winning percentage (47-4; .922).
The 2025 team looks to build off last season's program-record success and aims to secure its fourth consecutive conference championship (2022-24).
