  • This will be the first NCAA DIII Tournament meeting between the two programs as the Gulls and Beavers have split 14 regular-season matches, 7-7.
  • The Gulls qualified for the NCAA Tournament after claiming the program's eighth Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) title, and fourth out of the last five, by taking down Roger Williams by a 3-1 final on Saturday (RECAP).
  • The Beavers received an at-large selection to the NCAA Tournament after finishing 22-7 on the season following a 3-2 setback to Springfield in the NEWMAC semifinals.
  • The win over Babson on 10/9 gave Endicott its third win over an opponent who had been nationally ranked during the season, as Babson was No. 22, Bowdoin (3-1) was No. 20, and Tufts (3-2), as the Jumbos got as high as No. 21.
