Brittany Bushey's Four Goals Breaks Program Record In Gulls' 4-2 Win Over Roger Williams

BEVERLY, Mass. — Junior forward Brittany Bushey (Pittsford, Vt.) broke a single-game program record for most goals scored as she helped the Endicott field hockey team defeat visiting Roger Williams University, 4-2, in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action Tuesday night at North Field.

Bushey registered all four goals, including a hat trick in the first half, to also become the first student-athlete in Endicott's 24-year history to tally eight points in a single game.

The Gulls led, 3-0, at the half before Roger Williams rallied with a pair of back-to-back markers in the second stanza to bring it within a one-score game in the 43rd minute.

Bushey then buried her fourth and final tally of the night to round out the scoring in the 45th minute.
