CANTON, Mass. — The Endicott women's lacrosse team bested Curry, 21-7, in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Saturday afternoon at Katz Field.
Bailey Sheehan (Pomfret, Conn.) and Mia Smith (Portsmouth, N.H.) both led the way for Endicott with four goals apiece.
Meanwhile, Abbie Belleville (Salem, Conn.) and Jaira Paine (Granby, Conn.) also recorded hat-tricks in the road win. Leah Black (Cheshire, Conn.) and Mia Samarjian (Stow, Mass.) found the back of the net twice while, Mia Kaczmarek (South Burlington, Vt.), Sophia Notine (Arundel, Maine), and Clare Wendell (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) all found the back of the net once.
Payton Quirk (Nahant, Mass.) made two saves in the first half to improve her record to 12-4. Emma Budke (Rye, N.Y.) stooped three shots during the second half.
Endicott raced out to a 13-3 lead in the first quarter thanks to eight different goal scorers and never looked back.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORES
- Endicott is 26-3 in the all-time series versus Curry.
- Sheehan had a career-high five assists and nine points.
- Second career hat-trick for Belleville.
- With the win, the Gulls clinch a top-2 seed in the upcoming CNE tournament.

Endicott (12-4, 8-0 CNE) hosts Gordon on Wednesday, April 23 at 7 PM for its regular season finale. Curry (4-12, 1-7 CNE) visits UNE for the regular season finale on Wednesday at 7 PM.
