    THOMPSON, Conn. - Facing a four stroke deficit after day one of play at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship, the Endicott golf team surged up the leader board to finish day two with a five stroke lead, claiming the 2023 CCC title. The championship roster of Tyler Baker (Falmouth, Mass.), Brady Burke (Bedford, N.H.), Frank Mahoney (Braintree, Mass.), Kyle Mahoney (Braintree, Mass.), and Will Pierce (Melrose, Mass.) led the Gulls to the program's second straight title, and ninth title in program history.

    BIDDEFORD, Maine – For the second year in a row, the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Golf Championship will take place at Raceway Golf Club in Thompson, Conn. as Nichols earned the right to host after winning the CCC Fall Qualifier in September. The top four teams from the CCC Fall Qualifier will play 36 holes this weekend to determine the 2023 CCC Golf Champion. The first round is scheduled for an 8 a.m. start on Saturday, April 29.

    BREWSTER, Mass. - The Endicott men's golf team competed at the NEIGA Championships over the weekend at the Captains Golf Club in Brewster, Mass. and the Gulls claimed sixth in the 23-team field. Senior Nicholas Grimbilas (Strafford, N.H.) was the recipient of the prestigious Guy Tedesco Award, becoming just the second golfer in program history to earn the distinction.

The Gulls finished +34, 310, and were followed by the University of Southern Maine (316), Saint Joseph's (Maine) (317), the University of New England (321), UMaine Farmington (330), and Maine Maritime (350).

Former student-athletes Kate Cioffi Shungu ’12 (Essex, Vt.), Holly Davis ’13 (Guilford, Conn.), Phil Konopka ’12 (Shelton, Conn.), and Austin Teal ’16 (Loudonville, N.Y.) will all be inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame alongside longtime softball head coach Mark Veilleux.
