Men’s Golf Wins RWU Invitational

PORTSMOUTH, R.I. — The Endicott men's golf team won the Roger Williams University (RWU) Invitational on Monday evening at the Green Valley Country Club.

Endicott shot 311 on the par 71 course (6,830 yardage) to best the field comprised of Salem State (321), Roger Williams (322), Rhode Island College (323), and Worcester State (351).

Frank Mahoney (Braintree, Mass.) and Kyle Mahoney (Braintree, Mass.) tied for second with a score of 77.

Following the Mahoneys were Tyler Baker (Falmouth, Maine) in fourth (78) and Haydyn Kornusky (Topsfield, Mass.) and Sam Goldstein (Providence, R.I.) in a tie for fifth (79).

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott will compete in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship from April 29-30 at the Raceway Golf Club in Thompson, Conn.
