The New England Basketball Coaches Association (NEBCA) will host their annual All-Star games at Lavietes Pavilion on the campus of Harvard University on Tuesday, April 20th. As a result of his outstanding 2003-04 season, senior guard Jeremy Currier was picked to participate in the upcoming event.
The Division III All-Star rosters consist of seniors who excelled during the past basketball season. Throughout the four years as a member of the men's basketball program, Currier became the best three-point shooter in school history. He owns the school record for made three-pointers in a game (8), season (77) and career (173). Currier also set the school record for three-point percentage in a season (2002-03) at 52% and graduates with the highest three-point percentage in school history (41%). Currier was named 2003-2004 2nd Team All-Conference for the Commonwealth Coast Conference. On January 31st, Currier scored his 1000th career point during a victory over Salve Regina University, and ended his career as the seventh leading scorer in school history with 1,171 points.
