HENNIKER, NH-The Gulls traveled to New England College Thursday night and came home with a 84-68 victory. Matt George broke out of a 3-20 three point field goal slump making 6 of 7 shots from behind the three point line to lead Endicott with 26 points. James Leveque recorded a double double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Endicott came out rolling and pressed the Pilgrims the whole first half which led to a 22 point halftime lead, 53-31. The Gulls continued to play well early in the second half as they pushed the lead to as many as 36 points, 68-32, with a little over 12 minutes to play. New England College then went on a 17-0 run of their own led by Eric Sliney's (11 points) three three point baskets.
Nemanja Marinkovic (11 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists) Tom Foster (11 points) and Josh Oxton (10 points, 6 assists) also scored in double digits for Endicott. New England College was led by Jay Bishop's 23 points.
Endicott gets back to action Saturday at home versus Anna Maria College at 3pm.
