Football Enters Top-10 National Rankings For First Time In Program History

AFCA POLL | D3FOOTBALL.COM POLL

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott football team earned its first-ever top-10 national ranking on Monday when the Gulls checked in at No. 9 overall in the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Poll.

Endicott is also ranked No. 12 overall in the latest D3football.com Poll, marking the highest ranking received from each organization in program history.

Along with those achievements, Endicott is now the second NCAA Division III New England-based team ever to crack the top-10 of either national poll.

Springfield College accomplished the feat first in the 2000 AFCA year-end poll (No. 10).

In their rich history as a program, the Pride have climbed as high as No. 4 in both national polls (2004: AFCA, several times | D3football.com, Week 1).
