BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott football freshman defensive lineman Jackson Adams (Bethlehem, N.Y.) has been named the Conference of New England's (CNE) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday.
In No. 14/15 Endicott's 58-0 home win over Hilbert, Adams put together a career-best performance. He collected career highs in tackles (four total, one solo), sacks (one for nine yards), tackles for a loss (1.5, 11 yards), and forced a fumble.
The total tackles ranked him tied for third most on the team, and he led all defenders with his lone sack on the day.
This is Adams' first career CNE Rookie of the Week award.
