Springfield, Mass. - Junior outfielder Colin Sitarz (West Hartford, Conn.) knocked in eight RBIs while batting .417 (5-for-12) in Endicott's first four games of the 2011 baseball season.  For his efforts, he was named TCCC Player of the Week.

In both of Endicott's wins thus far this spring, Sitarz has been a crucial part of the offensive production.  In a 8-6 win over Husson, the junior went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored with a walk and two stolen bases.  The following day, the Gulls won 9-1 over Fitchburg State behind a fifth-inning grand slam by Sitarz.  He added an RBI triple in the first inning of that game. 

Stiarz won TCCC Rookie of the Week honors after a solid spring performance back on March 21st, 2010.

The Gulls are now 2-2 in their spring trip and play Rhode Island College today at 4:00 pm.
