Gulls fall to #2 Washington Universitiy in final match of Colorado College Invitational
BEVERLY, Mass. - The Endicott women's volleyball team played their third match in-a-row against a nationally ranked opponent at the Colorado College Invitational, fallling to \#2 Washington University 3-0 (25-10, 25-22, 25-10).

The Gulls were led by senior Elyse Barbour (Greenville, R.I.) who had a team-high seven kills and a hit percentage of .333.  

Setter Sarah Allshouse (Berthoud, Colo.) and libero Ashley Norley (Sudbury, Mass.) were strong defensively with six and nine digs, respectively.  Norley's nine digs were a match-high.  

Washington saw three different players record eight kills to lead all players.  Kristen Thomas (Crestview Hills, Ky.), Lauren Budde (Bartelso, Ill.) and Drew Hargrave (Pacific Palisades, Calif.) each had eight kills in the win.  Marilee Fisher (Mountain View, Calif.) and Lindsay Juriga (Yorkville, Ill.) combined for 37 set assists.  Defensively, Meg Buker's (Atlanta, Ga.) seven digs were a team-high with Kaia Schwartz (Willowbrook, Ill.) blocking four Endicott attacks.  

The Gulls travel to the University of New England in Biddeforde, Maine on Tuesday, September 20th at 7:00 pm.
