MIDDLETOWN, R.I. – The Endicott women's ice hockey team traveled to Salve Regina for a Colonial Hockey Conference contest and skated to a 1-1 overtime draw.
The Gulls took a 1-0 lead at the 6:34 mark of the second period on a tally from Jade Meier (Fairbanks, Alaska) but the Seahawks answered back with a goal from Taylor Chisholm (Discovery Bay, Calif.) to tie it up at 1-1.
Neither team was able to find the go-ahead goal in the regulation so the game went into overtime. Endicott saw several scoring chances with time winding down in the extra frame, but Salve Regina's goaltender was able to come up with two big stops.
