Men’s Lacrosse Downs No. 6 Bowdoin, 17-14

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott men's lacrosse team defeated No. 6 nationally ranked Bowdoin, 17-14, on Wednesday night at Hempstead Stadium.

The Gulls led by as many as five goals on four separate occasions in the matchup, once in the third quarter (12:45, 10-5) and three more times in the final frame (14:00, 13-8 | 9:11, 15-10 | 5:59, 16-11).

Tonight's contest only featured two ties — both coming in the first quarter (7:10, 2-2 | 2:38, 4-4) — as Endicott never trailed in the non-conference tilt.

Nick Pagluiso (Shelton, Conn.), Tommy Tyksinski (Guilderland, N.Y.), and Cam Fernandez (Mendham, N.J.) all scored hat tricks in the victory.

Nick Graap (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.), Colt Green (Honeoye Falls, N.Y.), and Jack Fiorillo (Mineola, N.Y.) potted two goals apiece, while Guerin Favreau (Woodstock Valley, Conn.) and Thomas Barker (Needham, Mass.) found the back of the net once to conclude the scoring.

Barker also dominated at the X going 25-for-35 alongside 17 ground balls. It marks the third straight game Barker has compiled 10 or more ground balls (season-high 19 vs. MIT, 3/6/24).

In goal, Tim Luciano (Westport, Conn.) made 14 saves to improve to 5-1 on the season.
