CCC Field Hockey Championship Pairings Announced

SPRINGFIELD, Mass.- The Endicott field hockey team has been tabbed as the third seed for the 2015 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) field hockey championship, which begins with semifinal action on campus sites Wednesday, November 4. 

The Gulls (10-9 overall) earned the No. 3 seed in the conference tournament after posting an 8-4 record in CCC play. Endicott will travel to Newport, R.I. to take on No. 2 seed Salve Regina (16-3, 10-2 CCC) on Wednesday, November 4 at 7:00 p.m. 

The Gulls and Seahawks split their meetings during the regular season, as Endicott won a 4-2 road decision on September 16, while Salve Regina pulled off a 5-4 win at North Field on October 10. 

Semifinal winners will square off for the conference championship on Saturday, November 7 at the site of the higher seed at a start time to be announced.
