BEVERLY, Mass. – Will Ferreira (Nantucket, Mass.), Chris Seidl (Dracut, Mass.), and Anthony Serina (Portsmouth, R.I.) have all earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) baseball weekly honors for their efforts in games played from May 2-8. Ferreira claimed CCC Pitcher of the Week accolades, while Seidl was named the CCC Rookie of the Week, and Serina garnered CCC Player of the Week honors.

In a 3-0 week for the Gulls, Serina went 11-for-15 to go along with a .733/.778/1.267 slash line (.avg/.obp/.slg), eight runs scored, two doubles, two homers, nine RBI, three walks, and three stolen bases.

Serina also broke single-game program records for most runs scored (six), hits (five), and RBIs (eight) in the opening round of the CCC Tournament against Gordon on Thursday. The senior designated hitter finished with a 5-for-6 line at the plate versus the Fighting Scots, which included one single, two doubles, a pair of opposite field homers, two walks, and three stolen bases.

Overall on the week, Serina put together three multi-hit games, reached base safely in 14 out of his 18 plate appearances, and also went 9-for-10 in a pair of playoff games for Endicott.

Seidl posted a .455/.500/.909 slash line, alongside five runs scored, five hits, two doubles, one home run, and eight RBI in three starts at first base. Seidl also went 3-for-5 with three runs scored and a team-high five RBI in a 19-3 blowout win over St. Joseph's (Me.) and 2-for-4 with two runs scored, and three RBI versus Gordon.

Meanwhile, Ferreira earned his fourth win of the season against Salve Regina in the CCC Tournament on six innings of work, six hits, two runs (both earned), zero walks, and a game-high five strikeouts.

Second-seeded Endicott (28-13) travels to first-seeded Western New England to take on the Golden Bears in game seven of the CCC Tournament at 3 p.m.
