Women’s Volleyball Claims Two Major AVCA Academic Awards

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's volleyball team has received the 2024 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award, sponsored by INTENT.

The award, initiated in the 1992–93 academic year, honors volleyball teams that maintain a year-long grade-point average (GPA) of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale or 4.1 on a 5.0 scale.

In addition to claiming the AVCA Team Academic Award, the Gulls were also named to the 2024 AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll.

To qualify for this award, a team's GPA must rank inside the top 20% of its division.
