HARTFORD, Conn. — The Endicott women's volleyball team defeated Hartford, 3-0, by scores of 25-17, 26-24, and 25-19 on Saturday afternoon inside the Chase Arena.
Three Gulls had season-highs today in kills as Hadley Helenbrook (Atlanta, Ga.) led the team with a match-high 15, while Kelsey Sanborn (Londonderry, N.H.) and Stephanie Moreau (Methuen, Mass.) had eight and seven putaways, respectively.
Savannah Cambell (Sequel, Calif.) recorded 20 assists and a team/season-high five service aces to round out the list of offensive highlights.
Defensively, Emma Ruel (Duxbury, Mass.) led a strong backline with 13 digs (match-high), while Helenbrook had eight.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- First-ever meeting between the programs.
- In the second set, the Gulls were down 14-5 before scoring 11 points in a row to take a 16-15 lead, eventually claiming the set 26-24.
- Moreau compiled a season-high .875 hitting percentage on seven kills (eight attacks).
- Talia Camacho (Franklin Square, N.Y.) registered her first career points for the Gulls (2 kills, 2 block assists).

Endicott (5-6) travels to Babson on Wednesday, September 27 at 7 PM. Hartford (1-5) visits Western New England on Wednesday, October 4th at 7 PM.
