BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's track and field sophomore Kinneal Dickens (Merrimac, Mass.) has received Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Field Athlete of the Week honors, as announced by the league office yesterday.
Dickens helped Endicott claim its first-ever CCC Championship last Saturday (April 29) with a team score of 166 points.
Twenty of those points came from Dickens as she was the individual champion in both the long jump and triple jump.
She won gold in the long jump covering a distance of 5.09m (16' 8.5") and the triple jump with a mark of 10.28m (33' 8.75").
The two gold medals were the first of her career.
Yesterday's announcement marks her first career CCC Field Athlete of the Week award and third career weekly award overall (CCC Relay Team of the Week, 3/28/22, 4/18/22).
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott will compete at the NCAA Division III New England Championship in Springfield, Mass. from May 4-6.
