BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 1B Endicott women's tennis team (8-0, 5-0 CCC) will host No. 2A Nichols (6-1, 4-1 CCC), in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship, on Saturday at 1 PM. Here's a preview of Saturday's matchup. 

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

• This will be the ninth meeting between the Gulls and Bison in the CCC Championship. The two teams are tied, 4-4 in the series with the Bison winning the last four meetings. 
• Saturday's match will be Endicott's 10th straight CCC championship appearance. 
• Endicott earned their way to the Championship match via a, 5-1, win over Gordon, while Nichols went on the road to defeat Roger Williams, 5-4, to earn their way to Saturday's contest. 
• Saturday will be the first time the Gulls will host a CCC championship since 2015, and the first time they've hosted Nichols since 2014.
• Endicott enters Saturday on an eight-match winning streak, while the Bison come into Saturday on a five-match winning streak. 

WHAT'S NEXT 

The winner of Saturday's match will earn the CCC's automatic bid into the NCAA tournament.
