NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Endicott club women's rugby program has been ranked third overall in the final 2019 National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) Women's 15s Top-20 Poll. This is the highest ranking the Gulls have ever achieved in program history.

Previous national rankings include No. 11 on December 20, 2017 and No. 16 on December 18, 2018 (all information featured based upon available data).

Meanwhile, Wayne State University, the four-time defending NSCRO 15s national champions, were ranked first overall in the final 2019 NSCRO Women's 15s Top-20 Poll.

From there, Minnesota State University Moorhead, Endicott, Lee University, and Salve Regina rounded out the remainder of the top-5.

As for Endicott's 2019 campaign, the Gulls posted an 11-1 overall record and a perfect 8-0 mark in conference play this past season.

Endicott also captured the Colonial Coast Rugby Conference (CCRC) Championship, the NSCRO Regional Tournament Title, and finished second overall in the NSCRO 15s National Championship in 2019.

The aforementioned runner-up finish for Endicott was its highest national championship placement in 15s or 7s play in program history.
