BEVERLY, Mass. — In an effort to further promote the mental and physical well-being of our student-athletes while at home, the Endicott Strength & Conditioning Staff has created this hub to supply our student-athletes with workouts, nutritional tips, motivational thoughts, and wellness support, in conjunction with the Counseling Center. RESOURCES PROVIDED BY THE NCAA

The NCAA and the Sport Science Institute is committed to the overall health and wellness of our student-athletes. As we continue to navigate the challenges of COVID-19 and the effects of physical distancing, we would like to provide you with these new mental health resources from the NCAA.

  • In times like these, when there are major occurrences in the world, we often have spiritual questions about life's meaning, faith, hope, destiny, purpose, and more. Whether you follow a specific faith tradition or not, you may be seeking pastoral care, spiritual direction, or conversations to help guide your inquiry. We can provide what you need—one-on-one pastoral care or group video chats online. Contact Rev. Dr. Gail Cantor, Director of Spiritual Life at gcantor@endicott.edu if you are interested.
  • Join Rev. Dr. Gail Cantor for a ten-minute guided meditation and 20 minutes of dialogue and uplifting connection to help ourselves to stay inspired, strong, and intentional during these challenging times.
