Pike, Rose Earn CCC Weekly Awards

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's lacrosse student-athletes Morgan Pike (Shapleigh, Maine) and Alexandra Rose (East Lyme, Conn.) have earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the league announced earlier today. Both honors are the first of their respective careers.

Pike helped Endicott to a pair of non-conference wins this week, registering nine points in the process. Pike opened the week with a three-point (2G 1A) game in an 11-10 victory over No. 16 Trinity.  Later in the week, against St. Lawrence, Pike put together a five-goal, one-assist game as Endicott earned the 17-9 victory.

Meanwhile, Rose earned two victories between the pipes this week for the Gulls. She made nine saves in each contest. Rose finished the week with a 9.50 goals-against average and a 48.6 save percentage.
