  • Forty-nine Gulls named CCC Winter-Spring Academic All-Conference

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) announced today that 299 student-athletes across all winter and spring sports from the 2012-13 academic year have been recognized with Academic All-Confernece honors, including 49 from Endicott's baseball, men's and women's basketball, golf, men's and women's lacrosse, softball, and men's tennis programs.

    BRISTOL, R.I. – The Endicott men’s tennis team made their sixth appearance in seven years in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Semifinals, but the Gulls were tripped up tournament’s top seed in Roger Williams 5-1 on the road. The Blue and Green saw their quest for a conference championship match appearance come up short as they end their 2012-13 season with an 11-8 overall record.

    BEVERLY, Mass. - The #4 seed Endicott defeated the #5 seed Western New England in the CCC Men's Tennis Quarterfinals on Saturday afternoon to advance into the semifinals where the Gulls will meet the top ranked team in the bracket, Roger Williams, on Wednesday, May 1st in Bristol, Rhode Island.

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Four student-athletes on the Endicott men’s tennis team were recognized for their athletic achievements this spring by the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) as senior Olivier Joggi (Stoneham, Mass.), senior Jake Cohen (Barrington, R.I.), junior Evan Ross (Worcester, Mass.), and sophomore Timothy Forance (Natick, Mass.) were all named to the All-CCC Team.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s tennis team will head into their final match of the regular season, a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) showdown at Nichols, with a 10-6 (5-2 CCC) record after the Gulls handed league opponent Curry a 9-0 defeat at the Bass River Tennis Club.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s tennis team earned their third Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) win in-a-row as the Gulls defeated Wentworth 7-2 at home to improve to 9-6 (4-2 CCC) this spring. The Leopards dropped to 5-5 overall with a 3-3 conference record.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s tennis team defeated their third straight opponent on Sunday afternoon, handing non-conference foe Colby-Sawyer a 7-2 loss to improve to 7-5 overall. The Chargers dropped to 7-6 on the spring as the Gulls took all three doubles matches and four of six singles flights.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s tennis team defeated league opponent Salve Regina 7-2 on Saturday afternoon and after back-to-back Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) match victories this week, the Gulls are above.500 for the first time spring at 6-5 (2-2 CCC).

The Gulls are now 4-5 overall and will look to get back to their winning ways as they begin a schedule of four straight home matches starting on Thursday against Gordon.

    HILTON HEAD, S.C.- The men's tennis team evened their record at 3-3 on the season by winning their second straight match. The win, a convincing 8-1 victory, saw the Gulls sweep the doubles play for the second straight day.

    HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Endicott men’s tennis competed in their first match of their annual spring break trip down to Hilton Head for the Spring Tennis Fest and narrowly defeated McDaniel 5-4 behind a strong effort in both singles and doubles by freshman Michael Dolph (Stratford, Conn.).

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) released their annual men’s tennis preseason rankings and Endicott was predicted to finish in fourth place in the standings behind last year’s conference champion Nichols as well as Roger Williams and Eastern Nazarene, last season’s playoff semifinalists.
