BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men's basketball team lost to Salve Regina, 64-62, in conference action on Saturday evening at MacDonald Gymnasium.
Down by nine points (53-44), largest deficit of game) with 10:27 remaining in the contest, Endicott used a 16-7 run to even up the score at 60-60 late in the matchup (2:20 left).
From there, the Seahawks buried two free throws (2:01) and converted a tough basket in traffic (:19) for the win.
Jalen Echevarria (Lynn, Mass.) highlighted the Gulls with a team-high 20 points (8-19 FG, 4-12 3PT), four rebounds, one assist, and four steals.
Billy Arseneault (Lynnfield, Mass.) and Cameron Ray (Lowell, Mass.) also added 11 and nine points in the loss, respectively.
