BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men's basketball team defeated Roger Williams on Wednesday night, 92-72, in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at MacDonald Gymnasium.
Endicott jumped out to an early 14-12 lead at the 15:24 mark of the first half and did not trail for the remainder of the game, with its largest lead being 26 points in the second half (74-48, 10:37).
Jalen Echevarria (Lynn, Mass.) led all scorers with 24 points (8-14 FG, 4-8 3PT, 4-4 FT).
The Gulls also saw Dillon Grant (Dennis, Mass.) and Cameron Ray (Lowell, Mass.) reach double digits in scoring, with 15 and 14 points apiece.
Meanwhile, Billy Arseneault (Lynnfield, Mass.) rounded out the list of individual highlights by contributing 11 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott is 32-10 in the all-time series against Roger Williams.
- Grant shot a perfect 100% in the first half of play (4-4 l 9 PTS).
- The Gulls' bench scored 24 points, with Parker McLaren (Newburyport, Mass.) leading the way with 10.
- Arseneault recorded his second double-double of the season.
