BEVERLY, MA. – Endicott women's basketball student-athlete Cassandra Stapelfeld (Brookline, N.H.) was named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week for the sixth week in a row, as announced by the conference office on Monday.
Stapelfeld averaged 11.5 points per games as the Gulls went 2-0 on the week. She had 17 points, three assists, two steals and one rebound during a 73-54 win over Gordon and then netted six points during a 95-56 victory over Wentworth.
Dating back to the 2013-14 season, this is the longest consecutive streak of a student-athlete being named Rookie of the Week and is the most Rookie of the Week honors in a single season by one student-athlete.
