BEVERLY, MA. – Endicott women's basketball student-athlete Cassandra Stapelfeld (Brookline, N.H.) was named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week for the fifth week in a row, as announced by the conference office on Monday.
Stapelfeld averaged 12 points per game as the Gulls went 2-0 on the week. She recorded nine points during a 56-47 victory over Western New England on Jan. 30 and then had 15 points and two rebounds in a 74-54 win over Eastern Nazarene on Feb. 3.
Dating back to the 2013-14 season, this is the longest consecutive streak of a student-athlete being named Rookie of the Week and is tied for the most Rookie of the Week honors in a single season by one student-athlete.

Endicott (12-9, 10-4 CCC) hosts Gordon on Wednesday, Feb. 7 for a 5:30 p.m. conference matchup.
