BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott men's volleyball team has received the 2024 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award, sponsored by INTENT.
The award, initiated in the 1992–93 academic year, honors volleyball teams that maintain a year-long grade-point average (GPA) of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale or 4.1 on a 5.0 scale.
This marks the team's second noteworthy academic achievement this season. Earlier this June, the Gulls placed a program-best 10 honorees on the New England Volleyball Conference (NEVC) Academic All-Conference Team.
YEAR IN REVIEW
Endicott posted a 13-12 overall record and a 5-2 mark in league play. The Gulls advanced to the NEVC Semifinals before bowing out to Eastern Nazarene, 3-1.
