BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott men's volleyball team defeated Vermont State University Johnson, 3-0, on Saturday afternoon by scores of 25-9, 25-11, and 25-13 at MacDonald Gymnasium.
Five Gulls notched five or more kills to highlight the attack.
Corey Klass Jr. (Beverly, Mass.) led the way with seven kills, one assist, a service ace, two digs, and a block assist.
Alex Bui (Halfmoon, N.Y.) and Aidan Iacovelli (South Windsor, Conn) both had six putaways, while Aaron Bennett (Haverhill, Mass.) and Luke Madson (Nazareth, Pa.) also contributed five kills in the victory.
Aidan Napoli (Henderson, Nev.) distributed a team/match-high 20 assists to help the Gulls to a .373 hitting percentage (36K-11E-67TA).
Matty Tiernan (Hopkinton, R.I.) rounded out the list of individual highlights with 15 assists.
Today's matchup featured two ties (0-0-2) and two lead changes (0-0-2).
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott is 5-0 all-time against the Badgers (all matches ended 3-0).
- The Gulls have won six in a row.
- Bui, Bennett, and Ryan Childress (Odessa, Fla.) all recorded career highs in kills. Childress posted four kills.
- Adin Jepsky (San Jose, Calif.) went a perfect 10-for-10 on serve-receive (four correlated in kills).

Endicott (11-7, 4-0 NEVC) visits No. 12 Nichols on Saturday, March 23 at 5 PM. Vermont St. Johnson (2-13, 0-4 NEVC) hosts Fisher College on Saturday, March 23 at 12 PM.
