Men’s Rugby Produces 4-2 Record At Brown 7s Tournament

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Endicott men's rugby team posted a 4-2 record at the Brown 7s Tournament on Sunday evening.

Highlighting the Gulls' day were wins over Holy Cross and Central Connecticut State.

Individually, standout performers during the tournament for Endicott were Mike Nunez (Holyoke, Mass.) and Patrick Brennan (Newington, Conn.).

"Mike set the standard on defense for us, leading the team with tackles and physicality, while Pat was a true facilitator, opening up the offense with his speed and passing," said Associate Head Coach Charles Nastasi '14 M'15. "Overall, it was a strong performance from the squad at today's tournament."

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott will compete in the Bentley 7s Tournament on Saturday, March 26.
