BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 6 nationally ranked Endicott men's rugby team defeated Wheaton (Mass.), 104-0, on Saturday evening at Hempstead Stadium.
Brad DiGiacomo (Simsbury, Conn.) and Jonathan Taylor (Chicago, Ill.) were named Co-Men of the Match.
DiGiacomo earned the honor for his physical running style, which was on full display as broke several tackles for long runs, while Taylor also claimed the award for scoring three tries via his extreme elusiveness.
"The boys came out of the gate fast and never looked back. Several new faces got significant playing time which will help add to our depth as the season progresses," said Endicott men's rugby head coach Dave Kenkel.
