Charles Nastasi '14 M'15 enters his seventh year overall as a member of the Endicott men's rugby coaching staff in 2023-24 and his third year as the Associate Head Coach/Offense Coach since being elevated to the position in June of 2021.

The co-founder of the men's and women's rugby programs back in 2012, Nastasi played for the Gulls and later coached the squad before going on to play with the Charles River Rugby Club out of Boston. 

Over his playing career with the Charles River Rugby Club, Nastasi has been an integral and starting member of the club all while holding multiple positions on the E-Board, including roles as the Recruiting Chair (2017) and Vice President (current).

Nastasi also is USA Rugby certified and has obtained his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, with a minor in international studies, and his Master of Business Administration from Endicott.
