No. 5 Men’s Rugby Stifles Roger Williams, 61-12

BRISTOL, R.I. – The No. 5 nationally ranked Endicott men's rugby team bested Roger Williams, 61-12, on Saturday evening.

Matthew Bant (Jenkintown, Pa.) and Ryan Cafferky (Medford, Mass.) were named Co-Men of the Match.

Bant earned the honor for his tenacious defense and offense (two tries), while Cafferky claimed the award for controlling the tempo of the back line and his massive try on an interception house call.

"We came out of the gate fast and never looked back, controlling the ball throughout the match," said Endicott men's rugby head coach Dave Kenkel. "We're excited to host Bridgewater State for our last match of the regular season next Friday, which will be a 'white out' game for us."
