STANDISH, ME - Endicott fired over two dozen shots and senior goaltender Erin Curry (Hampstead, NH/Gould Academy) recorded her third shutout as the Gulls blanked Saint Joseph's 2-0 in a non-conference match Saturday.
Sophomore Ashley Meunier (Hartland, VT/Kimball Union) and junior Lindsay Fallon (Southampton, NY/Southampton) each tallied a goal for the Gulls. Meunier scored on a penalty stroke in the 42:00 minute, while Fallon scored with 3:10 left in the first half.
With the win, the Gulls improves to 5-3-0 overall and remains 1-1-0 in CCC play, while Saint Joseph's drops to 0-5-0. On the season, Endicott has fired 129 shots and held their opponents to only 77 shots.
Endicott returns to action Monday as it travels to Salem State at 6:00 p.m.
