ENDICOTT WOMEN'S LACROSSE ALL-CONFERENCE HISTORY | CCC WOMEN'S LACROSSE ALL-CONFERENCE RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. — A program-record 12 members of the Endicott women's lacrosse team have received postseason honors from the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), as announced by the league office earlier today. 

Middie Maya Feigenbaum (West Hartford, Conn.) and middie Gabriella Prisco (West Haven, Conn.), headlined the group of award winners. Feigenbaum earned Offensive Player of the Year laurels, while Prisco was named Defensive Player of the Year.

CCC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR / ALL-CCC FIRST TEAM 

Maya Feigenbaum | Sr. | M | West Hartford, Conn. 

Feigenbaum is now the seventh student-athlete in Endicott women's lacrosse history to earn CCC Offensive Player of the Year accolades. Feigenbaum finished the 2021 campaign first on the team in goals (26), second on the team in points (36), and fifth on the team in assists (10). In the CCC the now two-time All-CCC First teamer finished fifth in both goals and points. Individually this season, the senior middie had at least three points in every game but one, including a career-high eight points (4 G, 4 A) in her team's 25-2 win over Gordon in the CCC semifinals. 

CCC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR / ALL-CCC FIRST TEAM 

Gabriella Prisco | Sr. | M | West Haven, Conn. 

Prisco becomes the eighth student-athlete in program history to win CCC Defensive Player of the Year, with the announcement from the conference office. The first-time All-CCC first-teamer led the Gulls in draw controls (55), and caused turnovers (17), and was second in ground balls (20). In the CCC Prisco was first in caused turnovers, second in draw controls, and tied for fourth in ground balls. The senior middie also ranked ninth in the CCC in points with 28. This season, Prisco had multiple caused turnovers in seven out of the Gulls' nine contests and had at least three draw controls in every contest but one. Highlighting her draw control numbers was a career-high 16 in Endicott's 31-1 win over Curry, which was just one behind the program record for draw controls in a single game. 

ALL-CCC FIRST TEAM 

Morgan Pike | Jr. | A | Shapleigh, Maine 

For the first time in her career, Pike has earned All-CCC honors. The junior attack ranked third on the team in points (34), second on the team in goals (22), and fourth on the team in assists (12). Pike had multiple points in seven out of her eight appearances this season, including a career-high nine points in the Gulls' 22-4 win over Wentworth, those nine points ranked tied for 10th all-time for points in a single game. Meanwhile, in the CCC she ranked sixth in assists, and seventh in goals, and total points. 

Alexandra Lawlor | Sr. | D | York, Maine 

Lawlor started every game in defense this season for the Gulls. She was a key contributor to a defense that ranked first in the CCC in caused turnovers (90), second in goals-against average (5.23), and third in goals-against (47). Individually, Lawlor ranked tied for third on the team in caused turnovers (8) and third on the team in ground balls (17). The senior defender also scored her first two career goals this season. 

ALL-CCC SECOND TEAM 

Kiana Napolitano | So. | A | Revere, Mass. 

After what was a shortened rookie campaign, Napolitano was impressive in her second year suiting up for the Gulls. Individually, the sophomore attack had at least two points in every game she played this season, including two seven-point performances, against Wentworth, and Curry. Overall, she ranked second in assists (15), third in goals (17), and fourth in points (32). In the CCC she ranked third in assists, eighth in total points, and 12th in goals. 

Katie Wagner | Jr. | A | Brewster, N.Y.

The junior attack received her first All-Conference nod, with the announcement from the CCC. Wagner was a powerhouse offensively for the Gulls leading the team in points (37), and assists (26). Individually this season the Brewster native, registered at least one assist in every game but one, and had at least two assists in seven out of nine contests, highlighting those individual numbers came in Endicott's 31-1 win over Curry, where she broke the program record for assists in a single game with nine and tied the program record for points in a single game with 11. Meanwhile, in the CCC Wagner ranked first in assists, and third in points. 

Colleen Goodwin | Jr. | D | Milford, Conn. 

Goodwin was a critical member of Endicott's backline this season. The junior defender's impressive play helped the Gulls defense rank first in the CCC in caused turnovers (90), second in goals-against average (5.23), and third in goals-against (47). Individually this season, she ranked fifth on the team in ground ball pickups (10), and sixth on the team in draw controls (13). 

Alexandra Rose | Sr. | G | East Lyme, Conn.

In a season that saw her start eight out of Endicott's nine contests, Rose earned her first All-CCC honor, with the announcement from the league office. Overall, the senior goalie ranked first in the CCC in wins (6), second in saves (50), second in save percentage (53.8), third in goals-against average (6.63), and fifth in goals against (43). Highlighting Rose's individual performances this season was a 16 saves in a loss to No. 18 Trinity, and 14 saves in Endicott's 17-5 win over Western New England. 

ALL-CCC THIRD TEAM 

Jaira Paine | Fr. | M | Granby, Conn. 

Paine had an impressive rookie campaign for Endicott, ranking tied for third on the team in caused turnovers (8), fifth on the team in draw controls (15), sixth on the team in ground balls (8), and tenth on the team in goals (8). Paine's highlight performance came in Endicot's 17-4 win over Western New England, which saw the freshman middie register four points (3 G, 1 A).

Carly Pierce | So. | M | Exeter. N.H.

Pierce was a key contributor this season for the Gulls, scoring 14 goals which was good for fourth overall on the team. She also ranked tied for third on the team in caused turnovers (8), fourth in draw controls (17), and sixth in points (18). Pierce's 14 goals this season were good for 13th overall in the CCC. 

Katie Schenk | So. | M | Southbury, Conn. 

After a freshman season that saw her register 11 points and nine draw controls in just four games, Schenk was just as impressive in 2021.  The sophomore middie ranked third on the team in draw controls (20), and fourth in ground balls (13). In the CCC, her 20 draw controls were good for 13th overall. 

Alyssa Tenaglia | Jr. | D | Braintree, Mass. 

After starting in eight out of nine games for Endicott, Tenaglia earns her first All-CCC honor. The junior defender was a crucial member of Endicott's defense which ranked first in the CCC in caused turnovers (90), second in goals-against average (5.23), and third in goals-against (47). 

YEAR IN REVIEW 

The Gulls finished the season with a 7-2 overall record, and a 6-0 record in CCC play. They earned the No. 2 seed in the CCC women's lacrosse tournament where they defeated Gordon in the semifinals, 25-2, but ultimately fell in the CCC championship to first-seeded Roger Williams, 14-8.
