Women's Lacrosse Downs Wentworth, 22-4

BOSTON, Mass. – The Endicott women's lacrosse team defeated Wentworth, 22-4, Saturday afternoon at Sweeny Field.

The Gulls scored the first seven goals of the game and carried that momentum all the way to the 22-4 victory. 

Leading the way offensively for Endicott was Morgan Pike (Shapleigh, Maine) who scored four goals and notched five assists, for a team-high nine points. 

Meanwhile, Gabriella Prisco (West Haven, Conn.) (3G, 4A), Maya Feigenbaum (West Hartford, Conn.) (3G), Katy Garvin (Mansfield, Mass.) (3G, 1A), Katie Wagner (Brewster, N.Y.) (2G, 3A), Taylor Horine (Fairfield, Conn.) (1G, 1A), and Kiana Napolitano (Revere, Mass.) (2G 5A) all had multi-point games for the Gulls.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • Nine points is a career-high for Pike.
  • The Gulls had nine different student-athletes earn a point in the win
  • The Endicott defense dominated the Leopards holding them to just nine shots.
  • Endicott is now 8-0 all-time vs. Wentworth.
  • The Gulls have won their last 35 games against Commonwealth Coast Conference opponents. 

WHAT'S NEXT 

Endicott (5-1, 5-0 CCC) will travel to Curry on Wednesday, April 21 at 6:30 PM. Wentworth (2-5, 2-4 CCC) will travel to UNE on Wednesday, April 21, at 7 PM.
