NORTON, Mass. – The Endicott men's tennis team fell to Wheaton College, 9-0, on Saturday evening.
In doubles play, The Gulls No. 1 team, Daniel Rinkert (Ben Lomond, Calif.), and Cooper Walters (Madeira Beach, Fla.), and No. 2 team, Weston Goodwin (Freeport, Maine.), and Brennan Nick (Tolland Conn.) both fell 8-6.
Meanwhile, in singles, Rinkert lost a hard-fought, 6-2, 4-6, 1-0 (10-8) contest at the No. 2 spot.

"We did a lot of positive things on the court, unfortunately, the results don't reflect it," said Endicott head men's tennis coach Anthony D'Angelo. "We will keep learning and building from these types of matches."
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott (0-6) will travel to Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland on Monday, March 16 for a 3 PM match. Wheaton (1-1) will face Saint Katherine during their Spring Break trip on Tuesday, March 10 at 3 PM.
