MILTON, MA - The Endicott College tennis team finished the regular season on a strong note Friday afternoon, defeating Curry College, 6-3, in a CCC showdown in Milton, MA. The win brings Endicott's regular season record to 8-8 overall and 5-3 in the Conference, good for the best regular season in program history.

Josh Schoen (Phoenix, AZ/Arcadia), Dan Murray (Coventry, RI/Bishop Hendricken) and Nemanja Marinkovic (Belgrade, Serbia/Second Baptist, Houston, TX) opened singles play by notching wins in the No. 1, 2 and 3 slots for the visitors. Curry responded as Brian Ayotte (Medfield, MA), Justin Sherman (Weston, CT) and Chris Desmarais (Uxbridge, MA) took the final three to pull even.

Doubles action was not kind to the Colonels as Endicott swept their way through team play. The dominating duo of Josh Schoen and Dan Murray notched an 8-4 win while Scott Teller (Granville, NY/Granville Junior/Senior High) and Marinkovic took down Ayotte and Justin Levine (Medfield, MA), 8-6. Marc Maloney (Feeding Hills, MA/Agawam) and Nate Buell (Westfield, MA/Westfield) closed out the win with an 8-6 decision of their own.
