Professional Aspirations

Completed an internship from May to July of 2015 at Robert D. Ahearn's office who is a personal injury lawyer where she completed case contacts, contacted customers, typed litigation papers for court, and closed files... Maxine's experience working for a personal injury lawyer convinced her that she could be a lawyer one day working in either criminal or personal injury... also interned at the Lawrence District Court... gave information to litigants that were representing themselves in court... aspires to live near Boston and either work in law or in the State House... hopes to obtain a semester long internship with the Boston State House or the FBI in Boston... in January 2016, she completed an internship with the Attorney General's Office in the Criminal Bureau... worked with different assistant attorney generals with their cases (completed spring 2017)... aspires to work for the Attorney General after law school

Volunteered at a senior living facility while at Endicott... In high school, she volunteered at Linden Ponds and did activities with the residents

Fun Facts

Is involved with residence life at Endicott as well as EC Buddies... Her sister, Roberta, played tennis at Brandeis from 2010-14... minoring in psychology and criminal justice... started her master's for homeland security at Endicott in the fall of 2016
