AVCA ALL-REGION TEAMS

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott senior middle Gabe Felicetti (Charlestown, R.I.) has received American Volleyball Coaches Organization (AVCA) All-Region honors, as announced by the organization earlier today.

Felicetti, who is now the first two-time All-Region honoree in program history, is eligible for AVCA All-America voting later this month. This is only the second year the AVCA has awarded All-Region accolades. Meanwhile, All-Region honors (ECAC/NECVA) date back as far as 2008 for the men's volleyball program.

In 11 matches played this season. Felicetti averaged 2.26 kills per set (K/S), a .367 hitting percentage, 0.63 blocks per set (B/S), 0.63 serve aces per set (SA/S), and 0.40 digs per set (D/S).

Felicetti currently ranks second in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) in matches played, hitting percentage, service aces (22), SA/S, and blocks (22). His other conference rankings include the following categories: kills (79, 4th), K/S (5th), block assists (21, 1st), B/S (4th), points (112.5, 4th), and points per set (3.2, 4th).

Nationally, the 2021 NECC Tournament MVP ranks 13th in aces per set, 21st in hitting percentage, and 72nd in points per set among 200-plus NCAA Division III student-athletes.
