CENTERVILLE, Mass. - Endicott College field hockey player Anna Giannoni (Granby, Conn.) was honored as co-ECAC New England Region Offensive Player of the Week this week as announced on Wednesday. This is the third weekly honor for Giannoni as she was named TCCC Offensive and Rookie of the Week earlier in the week on Monday.

Giannoni proved to be an integral part of the Gull attack as she was able to score a goal in each of the three victories Endicott was able to accumulate this week. The freshman was able to score the game-winning goal against Bridgewater State College in a 2-1 victory and later in the week scored once again in a 5-0 victory in TCCC action against Regis College.

However, Giannoni was able to top off her fantastic week with a hat-trick on Sunday against \#16 Babson College. The final goal of her hat-trick would turn out to be her second game winner of the week as she touched the back of the net in the second overtime of the Gull's upset win. The win moved the Gulls to 8-1 (2-0 TCCC) and was their seventh win in a row.

Giannoni and the rest of the Endicott College Gulls return to action on Wednesday when they take on Salem State in non-conference action on the campus of Endicott at 4:00 p.m.
