Women's volleyball finishes 2-1 at Gordon Invitational
Wenham, Mass. – The Endicott volleyball team took on three opponents at the Gordon Invitational on Saturday afternoon and walked away with a 2-1 record. \#Ashley Norley\# (Sudbury, Mass.) and \#Brittany Phillips\# (Sudbury, Mass.) earned All-Tournament Team honors as the Blue and Green improved to 3-1 overall on the 2010 season.
 
Match One – Endicott 1, MIT 3

In the first match of the day, the Gulls suffered a 3-1 (25-18, 25-12, 24-16, 25-21) loss at the hands of MIT. 
 
Brittney Phillips led all Endicott attackers with 12 kills while setter \#Sarah Allshouse\# (Mattituck, N.Y.) had 21 set assists in the loss.
 
Defensively for the Gulls, Ashley Norley, Phillips and Allshouse each had double-digit digs with 19, 17, and 15, respectively. At the net, freshman \#Callie Dolan\# (Westford, Mass.) had a solo block and six assisted blocks with \#Amy Grigg\# (Vernon, Conn.).
 
Match Two – Endicott 3, North Central 2

The Blue and Green rebounded in match two with a thrilling 3-2 (25-21, 19-25, 25-17, 10-25, 15-9) triumph over North Central College.
 
In this match, \#Falyn Torelli\# (Pelham, N.Y.) made her presence known with 13 kills to lead the Gulls. Phillips was impressive once again with 11 kills while Allshouse dished out 25 assists in the win.
 
Norley reached 20 digs in the match while Phillips added 12 digs of her own. Grigg continued to be a stopper at the net with a solo block and five assisted blocks and \#Elyse Barbour\# (Greenville, R.I.) added three assisted blocks, defensively.
 
Match Three – Endicott 3, Muhlenberg 0

The Gulls won their second match in-a-row in their final contest with Muhlenberg, defeating the Mules 3-0 (25-20, 25-12, 25-18). 
 
\#Ally Murphy\# (Gilford, N.H.) was a key factor in the win as the senior captain amassed 21 digs in the match. Norley continued her impressive day with another 14 digs. 
 
On the attack, Barbour led Endicott with eight kills and Torelli chipped in with five more. Allshouse finished her day with another 23 set assists.
 
Amy Grigg had three solo blocks and four assisted blocks while Barbour made her presence known at the net with four assisted blocks.
