Springfield, Mass. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) announced today that 409 sophomore, junior and senior student-athletes across 14 institutions were awarded Academic All-Conference status after maintaining a 3.50 GPA or higher during the past academic calendar year.
Forty-two of those 409 student-athletes came from Endicott College, two of which played more than one sport. Holly Davis (Guilford, Conn.), a sophomore Elementary Education major competes in both cross country and women's lacrosse, and Ashley Wright (Merrimack, N.H.), a senior Criminal Justice major who plays basketball and softball.
The 42 honorees is a dramatic increase from the 23 student-athletes honored one year ago.
