BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott women's tennis student-athlete Fernanda Trevino (Dallas, Texas) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league earlier today.
Last week for the Gulls, Trevino went 1-0 in singles play with a 3-6, 6-2, 6-1 victory against Nichols at the No. 4 position. Trevino is currently is 5-1 in singles play, which includes records at the following positions: No. 3 (1-0), No. 4 (1-0), No. 5 (2-0), and No. 6 (1-1).
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott (11-1, 6-1 CCC) will host the winner of No. 3 Gordon and No. 6 Western New England in the CCC Semifinals on Tuesday, October 16 at a time to be determined later.
